   I have worked in video production for over 30 years.  During that time, I've been lucky to work with, and learn from, some of the best freelance video & audio production professionals in the business.

  From 1993 to 2001, I had the privilege of working on the Michigan Out-of-Doors TV Show alongside Bob Garner, Jimmy Gretzinger, and Jenny Olsen. I still contribute feature stories to this great outdoor television program. I've been fortunate enough to work with rock legend Ted Nugent and interview film star, Jeff Daniels.

   I started teaching TV, Radio & Digital Media to High Schools students at Ovid-Elsie Area Schools in 2001. In 2004, I started Great Lakes Digital Video Production as a business that offers expert freelance video production. I worked at Ovid-Elsie until 2104 when I decided to follow a life-long dream of teaching college.

   I am currently an assistant professor at Grand Valley State University - an excellent school for broadcasting! Things are busy! Teaching keeps me on the cutting edge and Great Lakes Digital Video is more successful than ever! My focus is on great customer service.
